I used esimx.com for the first time and, it was easy to figure out. The plans weren’t hard to find, and checkout didn’t drag on forever, which I appreciated. I know some people might nitpick little things, but for me it was mostly straightforward. I did have to double-check a couple of details before paying because that part could’ve been a bit clearer, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d use it again.

I’m not totally sure if I missed something, but the payment and billing part was confusing for me. The charges didn’t seem very clear, and it took longer than I expected to figure everything out. It was a bit frustrating overall.

My phone showed up as compatible, but setup was still kind of a hassle at first??? After messing around with it for a bit, I finally got it working, so that was good!! But my wife’s older phone wouldn’t support it at all… so yeah, not bad overall, just make sure you check your phone really carefully before buying!!!

Getting it activated took way longer than it should have. It felt like things were handled carelessly, and I had to deal with more back-and-forth than expected just to get the setup done.

I liked that esimx had a good mix of plan options instead of just one or two for each destination. It made it easier to find something that actually matched my trip and budget. A couple of the plans could’ve been explained a little more clearly, but it wasn’t a big deal and overall the experience was good. I’d use it again

I bought an eSIM from Esimx because the data allowance looked like it would be enough for my trip. I wasn’t planning to do anything heavy, mostly maps, messages, and checking a few things while out during the day.
Pretty quickly, though, the usage shown on their side didn’t seem to match what my phone was showing. Even after small stuff, like checking directions for a few minutes or sending a couple of photos, the data seemed to drop faster than I expected.

I contacted support, but the replies felt basic and didn’t really explain the difference. Maybe it works fine for other people, but in my case the data tracking felt off, and I probably wouldn’t use it again.

Coverage was decent for me in the city and calls/data worked fine most of the time. Once I got outside town, though, the signal started dropping off, which kind of confirmed what I already figured would happen. It’s not terrible by any means, just not something I’d fully trust everywhere.

I reached out to support and they got back quicker than I expected. It wasn’t instant, but it was definitely fast enough, like when you send a message during lunch and hear back before you’re even done eating, or when you’re waiting on an order update and actually get a real answer before you forget you asked. Overall, smooth experience...

I cancelled my eSIM and the refund process felt way too slow at first. The replies were also a bit confusing, though to be fair they did eventually get back to me and it wasn’t a huge disaster or anything.

I really wanted this to work, but I regret getting it. The connection kept dropping over and over, and it was losing signal pretty much all day. It barely worked for me.

The setup took way longer than expected, and the data kept cutting out at airports when I actually needed it most. I still had to hunt for Wi‑Fi, which kind of defeated the whole point. After that, I didn’t really feel like I could count on it while moving around.
